The Royal Botanical Gardens Speaker Series presents Grant Linney speaking about Getting your Home to Net Zero Thursday April 20th 7pm at the RBG Centre.
“Join climate advocate, author, and presenter Grant Linney for an engaging talk on how he renovated his 1940s home to have a zero-carbon footprint.
Grant will outline a sequence of steps to get your home to net-zero including costs and how to take advantage of government grants and the advantages heat pumps, water heaters, lighting, and solar panels. It all starts with “sealing the envelope” and properly insulating your attic and basement.
