“For those SALSA ON THE WATERFRONT fans who just can’t get enough, this is for YOU! We’re bringing back our SALSA SOUL SATURDAY WATERFRONT NIGHTS! This summer, in addition to our regular Tuesday evenings at the waterfront, enjoy 4 amazing parties that bring you the best of both worlds—outdoor weekend sunset dancing at Pier 8 + awesome AFTERPARTIES indoors with a lakefront view!

Start your Saturday nights off at the Pier 8 roller-rink with a beginner salsa lesson. Then as the sun sets, dance the evening away to marvellous Latin music! Next, just because the sun has gone down, does not mean the party has to end! Take a short walk to 50 Leander Drive and dance ’til late indoors!

*Beginner Latin dance lesson 7 p.m. – 7:30 p.m.

*Dancing on the roller rink until 10:30 p.m.

*Free ~ Donations appreciated (No ticket required)

No partner or experience necessary ~ All welcome!

NOTE: In the event of inclement weather and/or roller rink flooding, the event at Pier 8 will be cancelled. After parties will always run on the schedule below.

AFTER PARTIES @ 50 LEANDER DRIVE

*Doors open 9:00 p.m.

*Latin Dance Party 9:30 p.m. – 1:00 a.m. (primarily salsa & bachata)

*Location: 50 Leander Drive

*Note: This venue is located on the 2nd floor and does not have an elevator.

*Outside beverages are NOT permitted.

*Parking: Free parking available in the lot on-site and in the neighbourhood. If you are attending the social at the roller rink, you can also keep your car parked at Pier 8 and then walk over.
