La Valle partnered with Summit Station Dairy to supply the special heavy cream needed for authentic Italian gelato!
“Gelato Jen (that’s what we call her) approached us in the spring as her Dundas Gelato shop was taking shape. Her ask…could we possibly produce enough cream to allow her to use Summit Station dairy exclusively in her recipes?
Well, it has taken a number of months to plan our butterfat skimming…but we are excited to say that we’re now producing enough heavy cream to supply La Valle!”–Summit Station.
