Miles from Nowhere – an Indie soul project of Hamilton singer, songwriter and musician Miles Evans-Branagh!

Ric Taylor profiles Miles Evans-Branagh’s musical journey in his article in View Magazine 12/3/2019. Taylor tells us that Miles grew up in a musical family and performed gigs as early as 12 years old. Miles continued performing as a session musician and studied music at Mohawk College. Miles and his friend musician Jason Bhattacharya collaborated on the first Miles from Nowhere solo project album of the same name.

In January 2021 the Miles from Nowhere solo project released an original single called “Orchard Drive”. Evans-Branagh co-wrote the song with Jason Bhattacharya and performed with Miles on piano, vocals and acoustic guitar, Jason on drums, electric guitar  and vocals and Graeme Moffatt on bass guitar. Orchard Drive is his aunt and uncle’s home and the song is a tribute to special places and childhood memories.
