The Locke Street BIA is a non-profit membership group of Locke Street businesses and organizations established in association with the City of Hamilton. The BIA mission is to enhance the look and feel of Locke Street, promote Locke businesses and organizations and draw locals and visitors to Locke Street shops, restaurants, services, events and festivals!

The Locke Street BIA is one of 12 Business Improvement Areas in the City of Hamilton!  HAMILTON’S 12 BIAS 

The Locke Street BIA organizes and promotes local events year-round and actively promotes Locke Street in the media. The BIA also provides a central hub for local businesses and organizations to work together.
